Special Orders

All sales are final for special orders, personalized and engraved merchandise, and on jewelry that has been sized or altered.

City Jewelry Order Engraving

All orders done through us will have an small City Jewelry engraving inside. We offer complementary cleaning if you bring it back in store.

Layaway Financing

We offer no interest 6 months layaway. For customized pieces, we require 50% payment before the item can be worked on with approval from purchaser.

Taxes and Fees

Total tax rate of 8% will be applied to all orders. Rate includes 4.712% Hawaii Tax and transaction processing fee.
